If it's not a 5v one - it's better not plug in anything means for PCs 5v in it. Typical USB works at 5v, but phone chargers can go up to 20v these days. If a thing is meant to powered by PC - double-check your phone charger specifications. I believe there might be something wrong with my motherboard firmware. There also is a sleep mode which takes barely any power, but I don't use it as I already had a lot of troubles with it, mostly being unable to wake it back up. If I don't do anything on my PC - it will drop both CPU and GPU clocks, also stop the HDD after some time and turn off the screen. Thanks :) Pretty much all modern hardware has got power saving mode.
